The Heritage Centre, which opened in 2019, contains books, documents, maps, memorabilia, audio recordings, scrap books, newspapers, CDs & DVDs,  and a computerised and indexed archive of over 18,000 photographs of Wigston and surrounding areas.
 
The Centre also has computers with internet access and a wealth of records for genealogical research for Wigston, as well as further afield.
 
The Centre is manned by volunteers with local knowledge who will be only too pleased give you a tour of our facilities.
